We cover N.Wales from our HQ location in Carrog, Denbighshire where our 5 acre smallholding provides fantastic opportunities for training and exposure should you wish to attend our site or book in for residential training.
We also cover Manchester and further afield from our Max Canine Manchester location.

Online 1-2-1 Training
Conducted online using Zoom, these sessions have proved incredibly effective for those requiring advice, guidance and techniques to solve basic training or behavioural issues. This service is provided on a bespoke basis and may not be suitable for certain cases
Time: 1hr30 approx
Cost: £100 first session and follow up sessions £85
1 - 2 - 1 Training
Carried out at Max Canine, this service provides the basics of training for your dog. We cover all basic requirements from obedience to lead work to impulse control. First time rate is £200 allowing 2-2.5hrs approx. Follow up sessions at reduced rate of £100 for 1.5hrs approx.
Time: 2hrs approx
Cost: £200. Follow up sessions at a reduced rate of £100.
Behaviour Consultation and Modification
An open ended service for those wishing to use their pet insurance policy. An initial assessment of you and your dog will be carried out whereby we will establish a plan and a prospective number of sessions to be conducted in order to assist your progress. Covering your dogs behavioural issues and focusing on you as a handler. Issues can include dog-dog aggression, dog-human aggression, livestock chasing, obsessive behaviours. Several issues can be covered in the same consultation. Initial Assessment will be carried out at Max Canine HQ or in your own home, dependent on requirement. Travel in excess of 10miles from HQ at LL21 or Manchester at M33 will incur a charge of £1/mile. We are Full members of the CFBA – please ask for a veterinary referral form for completion. Bespoke report written for insurers.
Time: Initial assessment approx 1.5 hrs.
Follow up appointments approx 1.5hrs
(double slots may be suggested where applicable).
Cost: £150 initial assessment £200 follow up appointments
